We use widest range of elastomers for making Rubber cover like Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone and polyurethane’s along with Natural rubber.

We have also developed Polyurethane rubber by using mill able compound for special purpose rollers.

The hardness range of these rollers covering are from—20 shore A to 95 shore A.

For paper machine rollers hardness range from 0 / 1 P&J to 300 P&J.

The advantage of these diamond coated riders as compared to conventional copper covered or plastic coated riders are :--
