After years of feedbacks from various offset printers we realized that refurbished rollers some time does not give proper expected results.

At Varuna Industries we recommended that if new rollers, which are ' PRINT READY ' are used optimum results can be obtained. Although the prices of new roller is higher than recoated roller the ultimate saving in running cost of printing operation is much more.

Our new PRINT READY rollers are machined on high accuracy lathe and are dynamically balance . These rollers are supplied as assembly of fixture and bearings in proper packing.

We ensure FULLY CONCENTRIC Rollers are supplied to our customers.

The advantages of new rollers as compared to recoated rollers are---

	During recovering process the roller is turned on lathe several times during which each time there is chance that CENTER HOLE, losses its concentricity.
	Also where bearings are put or removed from the bearing seat it losses its uniformity and concentration. This unbalanced roller creates other problem during printing.
