,for compliance to Varuna’s specifications.
- Printed job card stating customer’s specifications, travels with roller through every step of production.
- Before dispatch ,each roller is inspected for visual defects, surface finish, “run-out” of
spindle diameter and concentricity of roller, along with desired characteristics of Rubber cover, like hardness, tensile strength, abrasion, resilience.
- For new techniques and rubber testing, we are tied with reputed laboratories and R&D Institutes in India.
We had successfully implemented Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 and received the Certificate from Det Norske Veitas AS No 4429-2007-AQ-IND-NABCB for our manufacturing system.
