It was observed that, offers using Rubber Rollers on continuous process, its cores get worn out, resulting into imbalance and other difficulties in smooth operations, so we also offer our services for salvaging customer’s old used worn out rollers.

We undertake :--

	Complete journal repairing.
	Replacement of broken journal.
	Repairing bearing seats by welding oversize and then turning to desired dimensions.
	Making new bearing seats of worn out journal by thermal spraying / metalizing techniques. ( at present this service is outsourced from external agency. )

In both cases cores are checked by our engineers to ensure

	Dimensional accuracy as per drawing.
	Static or dynamic balancing as per requirement.
	Non destructive testing for defect free material, if required.
